I loved the stay here and would stay here again. Every detail of the hotel was great, all the staff were attentive and efficient. The location was marvellous, relatively close to a wooden cathedral. The property was a comfortable base for enjoying a pretty nice area. The room I had was relaxing with a bathtub and touch with housekeeping, for example.

Location
The room house keeping was not up to the standard we have had in other Rydgers (Queenstown ) and other top price hotels. I will be writing to the manager of this hotel when I return home as he/ she needs to know if an indifferent service supplied :-(.

I had booked deluxe room but when I went to my room I found it was not instead it was room designed for disable people . It was late night and we were tired to go to sleep and thus did not make a fuss. Wifi in Netherlands lobby is only free for 20 minutes and slow.

Modern and perfectly nice venue with pool. Plenty of fabulous food. In a central location with restaurants and pubs a short walk to the hotel. And only a short walk to the beach. Set very close to a train station. All in all great value.

Comfortable spacious room, good facilities, good location (close to the water, and to the Beehive, station etc, although a little bit out of the main shopping and eating areas, but that's what we have feet for). 20 mins per day free WiFi available in the foyer. Helpful staff.
Expensive internet access for in-room use.

The location and service and the rooms were well soundproofed. It was quiet and peaceful.
I felt the cost of parking was rather excessive. There should have been more milk in the room, and although there was plunger coffee there was no actual plunger to make it in.

rooms have potential but need major improvements
The city view from our room was beautiful and the staff were friendly upon check-in. The amenities in the common areas looked promising and the coffee in the lobby was decent.
The bathroom cleanliness was a letdown.
